Payment

For purchases through our online store, you can use:

• Visa, Mastercard or Discovery Card, using our secure online order form. No credit card information is stored on the Web site - it is all passed through to the credit card gateway for processing.

  

• Visa, Mastercard or Discovery Card, by calling customer service. Just proceed though the online order process, and the confirmation email will provide details on calling in your payment.

  

If none of those purchasing options work for you, you can always call customer service from 10am-3pm EST Monday-Friday and place an order over the phone using your Visa, Mastercard or Discovery Card.

Shortly after you order and pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Lazygoose USA, Inc confirming your order was submitted.

Returns

All items, except where specifically noted in the product description, have a 15-day money back policy. So, you can return any unused item for a full refund minus the shipping costs within 15 days of the purchase date. Just send the item back to us with a copy of your invoice that includes your order number, name, address and phone number, along with a request for refund. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of personalized items, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Taxes

New York residents will be taxed at the prevailing state/local rate for our New York location. All other customers will not be charged tax. However, you may be expected to report out-of-state phone/mail/Internet purchases on your state income tax return, and be taxed accordingly. Please refer to your state's tax rules for phone/mail/Internet purchases outside your home state.
